Step 1: Contact VideoSDK Sales
Visit the VideoSDK Google Cloud Marketplace listing and select Contact Sales.
Share your requirements with our team, including:
- Expected usage
- Plan or features required
- Contract duration
- Any specific technical or business requirements
Our team will work with you to finalize the pricing and contract terms.
Step 2: Receive Your Private Offer
Once the pricing and terms are agreed, VideoSDK will create a private offer for your Google Cloud Billing Account.
You will receive a private offer link that allows you to review and purchase the agreed VideoSDK plan through Google Cloud Marketplace.
Step 3: Review and Accept the Offer
Open the private offer link and review the:
- Pricing
- Contract term
- Billing details
- Offer terms
If everything looks correct, select Subscribe to accept the offer.
Important: Required Google Cloud Permissions
The person accepting the offer must have one of the following permission setups on the Google Cloud Billing Account:
- Billing Account Administrator, or
- Billing Account User + Consumer Procurement Order Administrator
If you don't have the required permissions, contact your organization's Google Cloud billing administrator.
Step 4: Register with VideoSDK
After accepting the private offer, register or sign in to your VideoSDK account and complete the required account setup.
This connects your VideoSDK account with your Google Cloud Marketplace purchase.
Step 5: Start Using VideoSDK
Once your account is set up, you can start using VideoSDK and integrate our real-time communication infrastructure into your application.
