FAQs

When Will My Subscription Renew?

All subscriptions automatically renew on the same day and time of the month as your initial subscription date.

How Can I Manage My Subscription?

You will receive payment invoices via email. Click the "Manage subscription" button in these emails to view your billing date, cancel, or renew your subscription.

How Do Subscription Tokens Work? Do They Renew Monthly And Roll Over?

Subscription fast tokens do not roll over. You receive a fresh set at the start of each billing month. Unused tokens expire and your balance resets on your billing date.

Can I Request A Refund?

If you have used fewer than 50 fast tokens (max 50 images), you can request a refund by contacting billing@shakker.ai. Refunds are typically processed within 15 days.

Can I Cancel My Subscription Plan?

You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you'll retain feature access. No further charges apply after cancellation. Use the "Manage Subscription" button in your invoice email.

Can I Change My Membership Plan?

You can upgrade to a higher plan immediately. Downgrading is only possible after the current plan expires. When upgrading, new tokens take effect immediately, and remaining tokens from the prior plan remain active until expiration.
