How long does it take to process the mocap?

Processing typically takes about 30–40 seconds per 10 seconds of captured data, though it can vary depending on server load.

I recorded a video but don't see any mocap data in Rokoko Studio, why?

Make sure you are using Rokoko Studio, not Studio Legacy, and are logged into both vision.rokoko.com and Rokoko Studio with the same Rokoko ID. Double-check you are working in the correct studio “Team” and try restarting the application.

Why is Rokoko Vision dual-camera more accurate than single-camera?

Dual-camera setups allow for better depth estimation and body tracking, significantly reducing occlusion and increasing fidelity. Dual-cam is free to try for 14 days, after which a Plus subscription is required.

Why buy inertial mocap tools like Smartsuit Pro II and Smartgloves if Rokoko Vision exists?
