How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, access "Settings" in the top right-hand corner of the app, click "Help," and then "Manage my account." From there, click "Manage Subscription" to be guided through the cancellation process.

I cancelled my subscription, and I got charged after it was cancelled. Why was I still charged?

It is possible that your initial subscription payment did not go through. If this occurs, your subscription may be put on hold, and DoNotPay will attempt to process the requested payment at a later time.

How can I remove my payment method?

Your account must always have at least one payment method associated with it.
