How It Works

  • Capture Video: Record a 1-2 minute video of your object using your smartphone's default camera or the 3dpresso Capture App (when available).
  • Upload to Platform: Upload the video to the 3dpresso web-based platform.
  • AI Processing: The advanced AI processes your video to generate a 3D model.
  • Receive Notification: An email will notify you when your model is ready (typically within 30 minutes, depending on video quality and user volume).
  • Download 3D Model: Access and download your completed 3D model file from your "My Models" page.

3Dpresso is a web-based solution that enables users to generate 3D models easily by capturing a 1-2 minute video of an object. It also lets you customise your model's texture through Generative AI prompts.

How do I get started with 3Dpresso?

Simply record your object with a smartphone and upload the video to the platform. The AI will process the video, and you can download the 3D model. A video capturing guide is available.

How & When do I receive my 3D model file?

Once your 3D model is extracted, you’ll get an email notification, and can then download the model from the website. Processing usually takes 30 minutes. If you don't receive it within 2 hours, contact 3dpresso@reconlabs.ai.

What does ‘AI Texture’ do?

‘AI Texture’ allows you to use text prompts to alter the texture of your 3D model. This feature works with your own models or those available on the platform.

Why is the ‘3Dpresso capturing app’ temporarily suspended?

The app is currently undergoing updates to improve performance. It will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

Can 3D models be used for commercial purposes?

Commercial use and attribution depend on your subscription tier. Subscribe to the appropriate tier for your usage needs.

Can I cancel my subscription?
