BuildShip uses a tiered, credit-based pricing system. Credits are consumed per node execution depending on duration. There are free and paid plans, and credits can be topped up as needed. Annual plans have a discount.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your Buildship environment for building, managing, and deploying AI workflows and backend APIs. Each plan allows certain limits for active flows, team members, tables, and executions.

How do credits work?

Credits are used for node executions. Most nodes consume 1 credit for the first 3 seconds, then 1 credit per second. Core nodes (like Switch, Branch, etc.) may not use credits. Credits reset monthly or can be topped up.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you exhaust your monthly credits, workflows stop executing until top-up credits are purchased.

What is an AI generated node?

An AI generated node is a node created by describing your requirements in plain language. The AI then generates the needed code, letting you create integrations and functions on the fly.

What are the different support channels?

All users access the Discord community and can use the in-app support form. Paid plans offer email alerts and priority (Pro) or dedicated (Enterprise) support, with additional engineering and migration help for Enterprise users.
